- 50ml Woodford Reserve
- 15ml honey water
- 60ml red grapefruit juice (Ocean Spray brand)
- 6 ‘clapped’ mint leaves
- 2 dashes Fee Bros. grapefruit bitters
Methods/steps
- 1) Mix ingredients and shake well
- 2) Strain over fresh ice into highball
- 3) Add mint sprig & a grapefruit twist
